Shipping & Payment Information
Shipping:
We will ship your items to you as soon as possible, however since all products are handmade they may be made to order. Therefore, please expect 5-7 business days to process, package, and ship the order (2 weeks for custom/wholesale orders).
Orders will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail and we will do our best to get your package to you in a timely manner. We ship Monday-Friday; unfortunately, we are unable to ship on weekends and holidays. Please leave us a note in the comments section if you need any special accommodations or rushed shipping and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Orders are shipped from Aurora, Colorado, to anywhere within the United States and Canada (please see note below regarding Canadian shipping charges).
**We aim to give you the lowest shipping charges possible. We will refund any shipping overcharges to your PayPal account that are $1.00 or more above the actual shipping charges.**
CANADIAN SHIPPING CHARGES: Our shipping prices vary, so after your initial order is placed, we will send you a payment request via PayPal for your shipping charges. We do this in order to bill you correctly, and not overcharge you for international shipping. Here are the estimates - subject to final product weight:

2-4 bars $7.00-$11.50
5-8 bars $13.00-$15.00
9-10 bars $17.00
11 + bars $27.00
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for any duties/customs fees if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges:
-Returns/exchanges are accepted if contacted within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
-No returns/exchanges on opened or used items. Please call us if your item arrives damaged in the mail - before opening any packaging or using the product.
-Customer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning/exchanging an item.
Payment Information:
Credit or Debit Card: An invoice will be sent to your email address via PayPal. Orders will be created/shipped after payment is received.
Cash: Local customers to the Denver Metro Area can pick up their order and pay cash upon receiving their products.
Money Order or Check: Please call/e-mail for payment address. Orders will be created/shipped upon processing of money order or check at our financial institution.
Gift Certificates: To redeem gift certificates on the BFA website, send us a message via our Contact Us page with gift certificate code and your order. Amount of gift certificate will be applied toward total purchase amount (including shipping and any applicable taxes). Any outstanding balance will be sent to you via PayPal invoice. Redeemable for up to one year after purchase - expiration date noted on gift certificate.
